Our Story

Founded in 2025 by James Wangelin, this group was born out of a simple idea: the best business relationships aren't built by phone calls, they’re built on the fairway. James saw a need for a networking space where Realtors could step away from the screen, sharpen their game, and connect with peers in an authentic, high-energy environment.

How It Works

We keep it simple and high-value:

• The Round: Realtors cover their own green fees, ensuring everyone is there for the love of the game and the connection.

• The 19th Hole: After the final putt, we gather for a hosted Happy Hour. This is where the real networking happens.

• The Perks: Our strategic industry partners don't just provide the drinks; they bring the heat. Each event features prizes for:
